Would you understand?
What would you do if she came to you
With love in her eyes and trust in her soul
Would you take control?
What would you do, if she came to you
And faced her deepest fears
Would you calm her,
could you dry her tears?
What would you do,
IF SHE CAME TO YOU…..
What would I do, to belong to you?
I’d come to you, my heart in my hands,
Pleading for your commands
I’d bare my soul
Give mind and body into your control
I’d give you all and trust in you
To never let me fall
I’d beg to learn and happily serve
And strive always love you as you deserve
I would struggle and I would fail,
And hope your patience would prevail
Human as I am I would fear and misunderstand.
I May even run and hide
From the things I feel
But when the tears have dried and the bruises heal
I would return to you shyly and kneel
A wild thing with a slightly bruised wing,
What would I do to belong to you?
I am willing to be put to task
~~anything,everything~~
I am here, heart in my hand
Reach for me
Just ask~
